人物介绍

李应刚,特聘教授,瑞典哥德堡大学理论物理学博士,曾于美国Iowa州立大学从事表面物理的理论研究,后加盟国际领先的爱立信通讯集团公司,历任高级研发工程师、资深专家、首席研究员。主要从事用于无线通信系统的单片微波集成电路的研发,所涉频率涵盖射频、微波、毫米波和太赫兹。

  近年来,李教授的研发兴趣专注于高速数据传输系统的开发与搭建,包括无线和基于毫米波塑料波导的有线数据传输系统。与此同时,李教授的研究也涉及高频(100 - 300 GHz)电子芯片的互联与封装,以应对毫米波和太赫兹在未来6G应用上的挑战。
