张玉龙 工程师
个人介绍:
张玉龙,工程师。2014年毕业于西安理工大学物理电子学专业,获工学硕士学位。硕士期间研究硅基GaN纳米线制备及场发射性能。2015年进入南方科技大学工作,主要从事微机电系统(MEMS)相关科研工作,主要研究方向包括MEMS振动能量采集技术和MEMS/NEMS器件工艺开发。2018年,获微电子学工程师职称。2019年入职深圳技术大学新材料与新能源学院,担任工程师。2022年担任深圳技术大学集成光电子工程中心工程师。目前主要从事微纳加工平台的建设和管理、微纳器件制造工艺开发、及微纳加工工艺设备运行维护工作。
