王震,工学博士,助理教授,主要从事硅基异质集成有源光电子器件、硅基片上光学传感器件等方面的研究。2022年博士毕业于清华大学电子工程系,导师宁存政教授,期间从事二维材料激子物理及半导体激光器等方面的研究。2022-2024年,任职于之江实验室,主持稀土化合物异质集成硅基光放大芯片关键技术研究项目,参与大规模光交换芯片和800G光收发芯片等项目,在硅基光电子芯片的设计、加工、封装及测试方面积累了丰富的经验。近年来在Nature Nanotechnology、Light: Science & Applications、ACS photonics等期刊发表多篇文章,授权国家发明专利十余项,多次在国际顶级光电子会议CLEO上做报告,相关工作获得“2017年度中国光学十大进展”和“2020年度中国半导体十大进展入围奖”。
